Action Learning Sets

Description

In this lesson, we will explore the background to action learning and identify the advantages of action learning sets. We will also discuss theories of effective team work and consider how they can be applied to your learning set. Alongside this, we will discuss how to develop effective and productive debating skills. Finally, we will demonstrate effect skills in giving and receiving constructive feedback through working with peers and evaluate your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your chosen area of interest.
