They are accused of spying and executed. According to the source cited below, they were charged with destroying the Seoul-Pusan railroad two days after its completion, on January 1, 1905. This is a rather well-known image which was also reproduced in Western newspapers. Source: Sajin uiro ponun tongnip undong, 1996. V. 1, p. 81.
