Evaluation and diagnosis of speech and hearing is a very important topic in the therapist speech area, due to the increasing prevalence of voice disorders and hearing impairments. Thus, the curriculum for this degree includes various courses (Clinical Examination of voice and hearing, speech therapy intervention in voice disorders and hearing) that form a framework of study that enables students to develop their training professional work in this broad field (evaluation, prevention and/or rehabilitation). This course assesses current and potential future energy systems, covers resources, extraction, conversion, and end-use, and emphasizes meeting regional and global energy needs in the 21st century in a sustainable manner. Different renewable and conventional energy technologies will be presented including biomass energy, fossil fuels, geothermal energy, nuclear power, wind power, solar energy, hydrogen fuel, and fusion energy and their attributes described within a framework that aids in evaluation and analysis of energy technology systems in the context of political, social, economic, and environmental goals. This learning object, designed for Level 4 students of General art and design, illustrates some of the key concepts surrounding modern colour systems and theories. It explores how systems and models of colour have been developed in response to advances in technology and the demands of industry. It explains how these colour systems have attempted to explain how colours are organised, how they can be reproduced, and how they can be mixed to form new colours. It also explores how the social sciences of anthropology and psychology emerging in the twentieth century introduced new colour systems and explored colour in entirely different ways.
