Description

This interactive learning object, aimed at students of art and design, the print industry, beauty therapy and multimedia, provides a basic introduction to colour theory. Using text and animated diagrams, the resource explores the Electromagnetic Spectrum, the Additive Colour System (RGB), and the Subtractive Colour System (CMYK). An accompanying assessment item tests and consolidates what students have learned and various additional features are available to enhance students' experience of the resource. These include a notepad, a colour changer, a calculator and a magnifying glass.
